I have spoken to a couple of other salesmen at other places and they didn’t seem very knowledgable about the vehicles that were being sold, but Wally was able to be efficient and help me sort through the options that were available. Considering the 2018 Yukon XL was exactly what we were looking for.. It was a easy sale for Fred. I am sure that Fred and the sales manager would have used the same approach in helping us find the right vehicle for us. Trade in was an easy process as well and pretty much told them what I wanted and I got that.. both being realistic to the value. Transparent and honest is how I would describe my sales guy, Fred. Greatly appreciated.

This is my 6th GM vehicle and I have had some pretty bad experiences over the years at dealerships and with salesman. Not at okotoks GM. This was by far the best dealership I have ever had. My salesman’s name was Mandar and he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and down to earth, a pleasure to deal with. I didn’t get the pushy salesman hustler feel from him that I’ve experienced in the past. I would absolutely deal with Mandar again⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ On the finance side of thing I dealt with Mike. Mike was straight up with his numbers, no surprises which I like. He worked fast and efficiently to get my out of there quickly because I was in hurry which I very much appreciated. Would absolutely deal with mike again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lastly I had the pleasure of meeting with the sales manager kyra about some rubber mats. She reached out to me quickly and got everything sorted right away. She was Very on point with customer service and I would love to deal with her again as well ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall a great experience as far as dealerships go. I will definitely being dealing with only okotoks GM for my vehicle needs and purchases in the future.

Coming here took all of that stress completely out of the equation. Kevin was a wonderful sales associate and I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. He was honest and extremely pleasant to deal with through the entire process. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for with a price point, and he delivered without trying to push my budget. When I drove my new-to-me vehicle off the lot, I left with peace of mind that my vehicle was in excellent mechanical condition and the interior was also immaculately clean. Before handing me the keys they found a small crack in the windshield that was overlooked before and they said they would be happy to replace the entire front window, free of charge, once the winter gravel is cleaned off the roads. They even went so far as to do an exterior and interior detail for the vehicle I was borrowing from a family member while I was without a vehicle of my own. Excellent staff Excellent customer service 100% would highly recommend coming here if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle
