The owner doesn't just own the place, he also does a great work on the cars. After I met Alex I never go to any other mechanics. He always make sure that you are safe on the road with your car. Ninaco Auto Center is a great dealer to buy a car from. Thank you for all your help.

Alex and Nina have to be the most wonderful, generous, kindhearted people you could ever meet. We were traveling back to Fernie from Calgary when our van broke down in the parking lot of the restaurant next door on Saturday afternoon. At first it appeared we only needed to replace a belt, so we walked over and tried to find some help. All the lights were off and the open sign was too, but a door was open and I could hear someone in the garage. I went in and explained the situation to a staff member who was cleaning up some cars in the back. He went and found Alex who immediately came out to see what he could do. Though he did not have the part, he called around for us and found it and agreed to fix it for us. The service center was closed and they were only in the garage to detail some vehicles that were up for sale. After opening up the van, we found the situation was worse than we had originally anticipated and the snapped belt had caused another part to seize. At this point it was 4:45pm on a Saturday. He did all he could to find the part for us, and even spent an hour and a half trying to install a part that wasn't a *perfect* match just so he could get us home if possible. Unfortunately it wasn't, and at 6 we had to accept the fact that we were staying in town until Monday. As I said before, the shop was closed for service when we arrived and derailed their entire day, but Alex showed us nothing but patience and kindness and compassion for our situation. He clearly explained everything that he was going to do and gave a clear accounting of the costs we could expect. On Monday when the part was meant to be delivered, the shop in Calgary called and said they actually would not be able to deliver it until Tuesday. This was 30 minutes before they were meant to deliver it (at noon that day). Since Alex had already told us he would have the part at noon and try to have us on the road for 2, his wife Nina drove 40 minutes to pick up the part and then 40 minutes back to the shop to deliver it so we could get home and back to work. Neither one of them ever showed the slightest hint of irritation or anything but the utmost compassion for the situation we found ourselves in. We unexpectedly landed in their lap and they took full responsibility for ensuring we made it home safely. After all of that, they only charged 2 hours labour, nothing for Nina's time or gas, and I know that Alex spent at least 3 hours just trying different solutions for us on Saturday, let alone the work he did for us Monday to get the van going. The level of care, customer service and genuine human kindness exhibited by this family is exceptional! Not to mention the facility was spotless, and the pride they take in their work was absolutely evident. Though we live 3 hours away I will seriously consider coordinating my next service with a trip to the city, because I know at Ninaco my vehicle will be treated with professionalism, expertise and the utmost care and attention. Thank you so so so much Alex, Nina, and the entire Ninaco staff! This entire headache turned into a wonderful time thanks to our interactions with you. I could not be more grateful for your help!

I have been skeptical of used car salesmen but Alex and his family completely changed my mind. No pressure sales and excellent service. Alex goes far and beyond to make sure his clients are satisfied. he is honest and a pleasure to deal with. I would absolutely buy a car from Alex and get my car service by his shop. I bought my 2014 Jeep Compass at Ninaco back in fall 2021 and from beginning to end my experience was great! Alex was very knowledgeable and the customer service was incredible. Everyone is so friendly! They had a great selection and I felt when I left that I had the perfect car. It’s now April 2022 and I am still very happy with my purchase and I know I’ll be back again when it’s time to get a new car. 10/10 recommend.

I recently accompanied my daughter to the Ninaco Auto Center to buy her FIRST car. Through Facebook Marketplace, we identified a car she was interested in. The car was a bit more expensive than her budget (we were hoping to negotiate a little bit) and we weren't sure if we should trust an inspection performed by a dealership. As soon as we arrived, we met Alex (owner of the family business) and we could tell immediately that he was 100% honest and we could trust him. He put us completely at ease, did not rush us and spent the time with my daughter she needed to understand the specs of the car and how to buy a car. Anyway, I highly recommend Ninaco. You will get treated right and honestly. I plan to bring my other daughter to Ninaco soon to buy her FIRST car. Give them a call.

I had been looking on auto trader and stumble across this car that caught my interest. I didn’t want to buy the first car I test drove seeing as it was feeling a little too good to be true aha. I left my test drive at Ninaco Auto with a bunch of knowledge and my questions answered better than I could have hoped for !! Alex was very kind and offered amazing customer service. I came with my mum and she pointed out that he kept eye contact with me while answering my questions. I was so used to having other dealerships not even look me in the eyes or take me seriously, everything was directed at my mum. Here, I felt like I was actually the customer. At all the other dealerships I went to I felt so rushed and pressured, it would be my first time test driving and they were already ready asking for me to put down a deposit. Alex gave advice on what to research and look into about the car I was seeing as his shop after I test drove it. He was accommodating, kind and made my first time car buying experience amazing. His wife was lovely to talk to and gave such a good experience with the wealth of knowledge she had to offer. I don’t live in Okotoks but I will be taking my car here for its work because of how much I love the service. You can tell he is passionate about his work and values his customers. He is the most honest man and made my feel so comfortable buying a used car!! I absolutely love my new car. If you’re looking for a place to buy great quality cars with amazing service….Ninaco Auto is where you should be going.

I wanted to say that Ninaco has been an absolute blessing to our family since we moved to the Calgary area. To find an Auto Centre who takes care of the details, uses quality parts and does not mislead the customer in replacing parts is an absolute confident booster. Alex and his team are very personal, take time to listen to your needs, charge reasonable rates and simply make you feel at home. If you need your vehicle repaired, Ninaco Auto Center is the best place you can go! I would give them 10 stars but only 5 are allowed!!
