Went in for a tire rotation under my kal-tire warranty. Tires were done and as I was leaving I found an unrelated problem that they didnβt hesitate to help with.
The service tech also noticed my battery connection was loose so he tightened that as well for me.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

β β β β β asked them to check my alternator, while fixing the squeaky belt they did one not the other. Alternator went 200 km later. cost me a tow, rental car, and extra labour. offered me nothing in compensation when confronted even while the one guy admitted i told him about it.
