★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience there with them. I brought my jeep there to have a diagnostic of the issue. They put the jeep in the garage, start the jeep and heard the sound. They called me back saying what i already knew (that was the reason i brought the jeep there). So they said to me that the engine is broken and they will have to open it to see whats happening. That would cost me $$$$ and $$$$ to just knowing what's happening. And if i want a new engine it would cost the same amount. They also charged me for that diagnostic. 1h30 of their time to come up with this!!!
Took me 5 seconds to came up with the same thing (that was the reason i brought the car there).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service staff are not reliable.. need to come back for my vehicle issues. One time they didn’t tighten the oil drain bolts when they did the oil changed. when I came home oil was dripping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service hasn't changed, gave them another chance. Had truck booked in for 11am Service and truck wasn't in shop by 2 pm yet. Truck might of been going in at 4:30pm. Canceled the appointment and taking business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did NOT have a good experience at Wainalta. My van was misdiagnosed with having an alternator problem (was also misdiagnosed from a different mechanic so perhaps it's an easy mistake to make) then had to wait for over a week for parts to fix the actual problem. While a dealership cannot necessarily control the speed of shipping their attitude and other actions about it can be within their power. Wainalta boasts of spectacular service and the fact that they offer courtesy vehicles. What really irritated me the most was that they continued to lead me on for over a week that I would be getting access to a courtesy vehicle "any day now" and that I was "at the top of the list" to receive one. After my van was at the shop for 13 days I never received a courtesy vehicle. To top it off the one employee working in service was very unapologetic and did not care in the least that I was left in a rural area, with 3 young kids, and a home business all of which rely on a vehicle. Don't offer the services of a courtesy vehicle if it's non-existent, and definitely don't lead me on when clearly they never intended to give me access to one in the first place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok people. No real problems. They did take the chrome emblem off my steering wheel on recall and would not give it to me. They throw them in the garbage. I asked manager if the mechanic has one in his tool box. Answer was no. I wanted to put it on my baseball cap. Now I wear a corvette cap. They have a bowl of candy... tootsie rolls. LOL... yummy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go here for an alignment ! Got my truck back and 3 out of the 4 wheels were still out of spec and showing RED on the printout... lol... They even charged me for extra time but didnt even touch my rear 4 link or panhard. Last year TreadPro did this exact same job in an hour. Figured Id go to Dodge since they have a newer alignment rack but I guess when the tech cant figure out adjustable 4 link suspension it dosent matter.. to top it off I had a 9am appointment and they never got to my truck until 11.
