Ive had bad experiences in the past at dealerships but Kevin was very approachable and pleasant to deal with. He was easy to communicate with through phone , email and text. Would definitely recommend Kevin if you're looking for a new or used vehicle!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Service Team was awesome to deal with! We dealt with Adam Kostiuk after we had our truck towed into the lot after dying completely on the side of the road. I thought we had fried the computer and was expecting a really large bill. After 2 days I got a call that they had fixed it completely by diagnosing a loose wire and had the truck ready for pickup with only a $300 bill. They even brought my sign in from the back of the truck and stored it in the shop to make sure it was safe. Really enjoyed the experience, great group to work with!

Not only are all of the staff extremely knowledgeable, but they were genuinely great people that went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Kevin in sales was a true gentlemen and was able to separate the sales stigma from our purchase, and was just a great all around person that addressed everyone of our needs without hesitation. The GM, Joel was extremely personable and took the time to acknowledge all of our family members, including our children. If we were in the market to buy two vehicles that week, we would have bought two from this dealership. We will without question be back for all our future purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a 2019 Laramie from Rivershore Ram without physically seeing the vehicle because of difficult travel conditions from Victoria to Kamloops at the time. Kevin Dergez, my sales consultant, was extremely helpful in providing essential information about the truck and he did a great job finalizing the deal. Kevin arranged the delivery of the truck from Kamloops to the BC ferry terminal in Tsawwassen which was an added bonus. I was impressed with Kevin's willingness to help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my JLU in for some warranty paint work to get done. The dealership gave me a loaner jeep while mine was at the body shop at no cost to me. ( this was a first for me ) The service manger calls me a day before it should be done and said it would be done the next day by 4pm as he’s getting some clear 3m wrap put on it were the paint got fixed. I asked how much that will cost me and he said nothing as he wants this fixed right the first time. This shows me that I’m not just a number or a sale and means a lot. As always Mr. Adam at their service desk was amazing to deal with as always very polite and understanding Thanks again to everyone at the dealership for helping me out and taking care of me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Service Team at Rivershore were excellent - while on a road trip my car developed a serious engine malfunction. The problem was diagnosed in a timely fashion (given the busy summer season) and the repair/replacement was undertaken as quickly as possible. Most importantly, they kept me informed all the way through the process and were courteous and helpful from beginning to end.
