★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a truck from here during the summer, so thought I would give them my business when it came to repairs. I made an appointment a couple of weeks in advance to get a tail light repaired. I drove 45 minutes to make my 7:30AM appointment, only to be told the part was on back order. I don't understand how no effort was made to contact me prior to my appointment, unless the part was never ordered in advance to start with. So extremely disappointed with this service, especially after purchasing my vehicle from them. I will take my business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having issues with my Jeep and brought it in to be looked at. Natalia was awesome to deal with at the service dept desk and Rob made sure my jeep was fixed and good to go! They went above and beyond and made this a great experience! I look forward to dealing with them in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamloops Dodge needs to work on their customer service. Their service department is very un-professional. Customers standing waiting to be helped with no one acknowledging them, while there were 3 employees present. Parts department have no idea where customers orders are when they come in to pick up their items- When they couldn't find my item they employee said to me "not sure what you want me to do about it" When asked about the product I was given- I was told to “google it”. I will take my vehicle elsewhere to get any service done.
Ensure you get all quotes for product before you sign your deal, Sales will add 50% mark up to their cost price to make it looks like they are giving you a “good deal” or “cost”. They had no intention on giving any cost pricing on any accessories. They promised the world just to get the deal signed. I was able to go to Rivershore Dodge to get a MUCH better price on my accessories. You have the option to shop around and I would do so before Using Kamloops Dodge!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelling from Victoria to Calgary and had some truck issues. Had to stay overnight for a couple nights until they opened after a holiday weekend. The service dept quickly helped me out and got me back on the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the BEST experience here. We were just browsing with little to no expectations. We just knew we didn't want to drive our current vehicle anymore. Owen approached us and actually listened to what we wanted and needed. He matched us with the perfect vehicle. Chris worked all day on our financing so we wouldn't have to drive our old car at all anymore, and he got it done, all within budget. We drove our new jeep home only a few hours after the test drive. It's a bit of an oxymoron to have a no pressure sales experience that happens in less than 8 hours start to finish, but that is what we experienced. On a Saturday, no less! A fantastic, no pressure team, that will work their butts off for you when asked to. They've earned a lifelong customer.
