★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We worked with Cora to get a truck and she worked hard and got the sale over other dealers. They won the negotiation, we won the payment plan. ? Dearborn also gave us the best experience of the several dealers we visited, they were attentive and understood what we wanted.
As usual, the service at dealerships requires lowering your expectations to match reality. I don't know how dealerships manage to do it, but they are 100% all the same no matter where or what brand, from coast-to-coast. I seriously have half a book of stories.

Brent Deering went above and beyond as he walked me through the whole process and helped me pick out the perfect vehicle that balanced exactly what I wanted/needed with what I could afford. My parents have purchased their vehicles through Dearborn for as long as I can remember so when I was ready to buy a vehicle I knew I could trust this dealership to provide great service! I also want to say thank you to Clint Campbell for helping make this purchase straightforward and affordable. Looking forward to many years of service ahead!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The process to book appointment went well.
Was bringing in vehicle as there was a large clunk, grind when the vehicle slowed down.
I booked the appointment with service anticipating that with their vast knowledge and expertise they would be able to confirm my hunch.
Is it related to some transmission issue.
The day of the service, I asked to be called at my work number.
Instead, they called my home number, and I missed the 2pm deadline for performing the work that day.
I would have to bring the vehicle back.
They couldn't really tell me what was causing the issue, as they couldn't replicate it.
the bill was close to 200 dollars and nothing to show for it, other than, the brakes / drums needed replacing.
I was able to negotiate a discount but still over 100 dollars
A week later, I replaced the brakes; however, the issue still persists.
Frustrating, as I could have been out 200 dollars, and paid close to 700 to repair the brakes and still the issue persists.

Jody was amazing and did her best to find me the exact vehicle I was looking for, and Rob made the whole financing aspect so easy. They were both compassionate to my unique situation and treated me with respect and kindness. They will be my go to for my future vehicle purchases for sure:)
