★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with all the attention and help in getting into our new vehicle. Nick Damian and Nicki made it all happen for us in 1 day even though we live out of town. Got the trade and new vehicle deal done and ready for us when we showed up in town. Felt like they went way over and above to keep my wife informed and help her choose the right vehicle. Would recommend these people to anyone and will definitely be going back to them for any more vehicles in the future. Great people great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I drove out of River City Nissan in my new Frontier and I’m struggling to find words to convey how much I recommend this dealership. Manish in sales was thoroughly professional throughout and made the overall experience easy and the transaction smooth, and Cord the finance guy worked tirelessly to get me a deal. Both were knowledgeable, polite and helpful. The service was phenomenal overall, they had a good choice of vehicles to pick from , and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again or to recommend River City Nissan to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service from beginning to end! We were looking for a car and Manish was quick to convince us that we found the perfect place to do so. Then we met Cord who was the cherry on the top; he made the boring finance stuff be understandable and fun.
They not only care to make the sale but are interested in helping you make the right decision. They went above and beyond for us and we are super grateful for it.
We will definitely be back when we try to sell/trade our car.

Jim, Niki, Craig, and Damian all did their part to get myself and my family into the vehicle I had requested. if you would like a sales experience in which the staff value your time and your business I highly recommend River City Nissan. Niki took time to discuss finance and insurance options to meet my needs and them some. I feel River City Nissan has gone the extra mile to deliver above my expectations. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since first calling the Nissan dealership we were met with extremely helpful and professional individuals. My husband, myself and our 3 children were desperate to find a decent priced, used but reliable vehicle with low kms. Almost instantly we found exactly what we were looking for, and within a day we were driving it home. Unfortunately the steering pump went, and because we couldn’t purchase the extended warranty we would’ve had to pay almost $1000 to get it fixed. However, that wasn’t the case, Nick and Damien made sure we were well taken care of and thankfully Nissan was able to pay for the pump for us. We had our courtesy car the entire time the van was being fixed and it was a stress free week knowing that 1. We didn’t have to fork out 1g shortly after buying the van/having a newborn baby and 2. We had a car to shuttle our family around in and 3. Our van was fixed in less than a week.
The people in service were a delight to deal with, and everyone was all around so helpful and so kind. 10/10 would recommend going through a Nissan for your new and used vehicle shopping!

Nissan was very accommodating to both me, the buyer, and my father who tagged along and scored some free swag as well. Truck is great and I look forward to putting a lot of kilometers on it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This dealerships service department is outstanding. I recently brought my car in for some issues I was having. The service manager and service tech were incredible to deal with. Their communication with me was great. They updated me on parts, service and promptly answered my questions. The service to my car was not ‘ordinary’, as it was an unusual issue with an electric car. What the tech was unsure of, he was honest about and dug into further to ensure his service was accurate and reliable. This will be my dealership for service and purchases going forward. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely great service. Changed my remote battery out for free. Also washed my Z for me. Inquired about break squeel and they gave me all the info I needed to have it fixed. Half hour labour charge. Shuttle service was extremely helpful. They picked me up and dropped me off as well. So far all the Nissan dealerships I've been to in BC and AB have been extremely kind, professional and helpful. Now only if I could get that staff discount ;)
