★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the best service for RV,s in Kamloops. My motorhome developed an issue with one of the automatic jack levelers. Took it into South Thompson RV and they determined the issue by consulting with manufacturer ordered the part and installed it in very short time frame for about 120.00 labour.
Had another company prior charge me 249.00 to tell me it would take another 5 to 6 hours to determine the issue. At 136.00 an hour I declined.
Totally satisfied with their honesty and work on my Motorhome a couple times now. The best experience a customer could want!!

Customer service, friendliness and flexibility are beyond expectations. We feel we received excellent value and would certainly recommend them to anyone in the market for an RV. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a major leak repair done at South Thompson rv. They did a great job matched the interior and it looks like new. Staff was excellent knowledgeable , friendly and I would have no hesitation in having work done there again I recommendi them to any one who needs work done on their rv

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met Cam and Donna and we had an issue with a 1988 trailer that had suffered a frozen lines and water pump. They were so helpful explaining how to fix everything to me. It was so nice to be treated like a person in need instead of an open wallet! We bought the new pump and installed it as directed and boom, running water to the toilet, sinks and shower. Thanks South Thompson RV, we'll see you again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, a friend of mine had a trailer that he sold to South Thompson RV before i could do a deal with him on it. So i call South Thompson RV and inquire about it, ask questions about its history etc, any issues, the usual stuff. The saleSman i was talking to was totally LIED THROUGH HIS TEETH. Didn't disclose any of the issues that it came in with, mis represented its condition, lied about where it was from. He said Salmon Arm or Mara, not Revelstoke where it had spent its entire life including winters. When I bought my last trailer it had some roof issues, the dealer was entirely forthcoming with info on it good and bad. I would trust South Thompson RV to buy a single roll of toilet paper from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gord the "magic hands" mechanic is a life saver. We couldn't get our fridge to work. We pulled up, Gord dropped everything he was doing, took a quick look in the parking lot, solved our problem instantly and we were back on the road. He didn't even charge us. Thanks for the quick fix Gord! And if you do need to leave your rig with him you have a great mountain view :)
