★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would AVOID AT ALL COST
The body shop required 4 visits to install mud flaps, and still failed to do it correctly resulting in them falling off while going down the highway,(that's $1500 + install I will never see again). It took 2 visits to properly install fender flares, (they dinged up the first set and installed them anyway).
When getting my tires rotated they were unable to properly retrain the TPMS and blamed it on my rims, despite the fact they installed the sensors and had previously retrained them twice before, and they won't give me a refund even though they failed to provide the service they charged for.
When I call to get booked in for a repair it's always another excuse why they can't perform the repair that I paid for months prior. Some of these beauties include, (and are not limited to): "we can't afford to take mechanics out of the oil change bay", "too busy to see you", and my absolute favorite exchange that happened today, "we need a day or two notice to book you in", "OK, how does tomorrow look?", "oh, we aren't booking for tomorrow, so we can't see you then either".
Save yourself the time, money and frustration and go elsewhere.

Glenn was fantastic to deal with when originally looking for and choosing what I wanted. After I had the truck for a few days there was a small issue with the truck that came to my attention. I reached out to Glenn and he was sure to get the issue sorted out quickly and painlessly. I would recommend Shaw GMC and Glenn for any GM products!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Smooth trade-in process and closing on a new Yukon. Was very disappointed that the registration from the trade-in was not transferred to the new vehicle as agreed, even after follow-up email to confirm (no response); we are lucky we didn’t get pulled over and ticketed.
We had to bring the new vehicle in to fix a malfunctioning rear-camera, we left the vehicle with them all day, no service loaner. At the end of the day no work was done because they could not locate the necessary tool. No follow-up from the service department to rebook. Disappointing customer experience for purchasing such an expensive vehicle.

We really appreciated how friendly he was as well as the fact that he was knowledgeable in the vehicles we were looking into and answering any questions. We did not feel that there was a high degree of high pressure sales, which we appreciated and he did a great job at getting us the price we wanted for the vehicle we were looking at. Our only reason for 4/5 instead of 5/5 is that we felt that once the sale was made, any interaction we had with him had lost its friendliness and was as if we no longer mattered since the sale was done. We also wanted to make sure the review was given on Google to let others know of the original great service and because we were asked about 6 times to make sure we have a Google review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a frigid day when my vehicle skidded on ice and rear-ended a heavy-duty truck, my heart sank. Even though the speed involved was very low, the damage was quite substantial. When my insurance company gave me the option of engaging Shaw GMC for the repairs I didn't realize that this was going to be so good, as it turned out to be. Because, at the end of it all, I got my vehicle looking as new as it was delivered by the showroom less than three years back.
They faced a fair bit of challenges like, a part having to come from Seattle, a difficult 6-layer coat painting requirement and a complex malfunctioning piece of electronic collision prevention system. They took care of it all and delivered the vehicle in a reasonable period keeping me updated all along.
I would definitely recommend this shop.
