s	steve timleck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At 54 I've used many shops and I can say this is the worst. Inexperienced cheap labour with an owner that acts like he is doing a favour for customers. He has literal disdain for anyone that wants installation or balancing done for products he didn't sell. He will intentionally misbalance your wheels and lie to you about their condition to ensure they vibrate so he can sell you his stuff. I had brand new wheels and tires installed and paid extra for their special balancing and he said the rims were bent and tires were out of round. I took them to a different shop who removed the 44 weights and balanced them with 4 grams of weight and they are perfect. They lied and said the road force balancing was 35 but then they added the 35 to the regular rates for mount and balance so I paid almost 300. Save your self the bad experience and use anyone else in Durham.

These geniuses decided to use 'hammer on' wheel weights on the OUTSIDE of the rim instead of the standard adhesive weights on the inner barrel which the rim already had. Asked to have them removed and have the proper ones put on. Of course now the rim lip is marred from the other weights. No idea what these guys were thinking and have never seen any other tire shop arbitrarily do that. Never again.

They were friendly knowledgeable and even gave me a recommendation of their personal preference. They ordered the tires over the weekend and on Monday they called and got me in for the install. Quick and painless trip to get the tires they did a great job and the tires look great. Even the re-torque towards the end of the week was a breeze. Prices were better then competition. Would definitely be going back for tires. The only thing that could have been done to add wow factor to the experience would be to put some shine on the rubber.
K	Kyle John on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best example of the worst quality control, I give this place a 3/4 on truck tires. 3 of my tires are great quality my 4th looks like it's worn down there's no markings the rubber things are also worn down unevenly on the tire, I would highly recommend look at the tires before you let them put them on you vehicle. I would not recommend this shop
C	Chris Craig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Taunton Tire to get my tire plugged but they told me it could not be fixed because it was a leak in the side wall but after looking once I got home it was coming from the bottom in one of the treads. They tried to scam out for more money but instead got just under $20 for looking at my tire. I no longer trust these guys

I was expecting to purchase a high end set and the representative talked me out of it and actually saved me a couple hundred dollars. I found them to be knowledgeable, honest, and fair. Overall a great experience.

They also carry black weights which makes a huge difference. That attention to detail is amazing. Very good price as well considering I brought the rims and tires to them. Would recommend them to anyone!
