From initial meetings, diagnosis, operation to post-op; I can 110% say we made the best decision we’ve ever made for Brinley. Putting your animal in the care of someone else is an extremely nerve wrecking decision; more so when it comes to a major surgical procedure that’ll impact your pup’s life (especially Brinley being young in age). Dr. Newhouse & Team provided the utmost care to Brinley throughout all phases of the surgery and treated her like one of their own. They have answered any and all questions we had knowledgeably and professionally, to help us make the best decision. We cannot thank TRAH enough for the compassion and care you provided our pup! - Victoria & Chris

(treats sshh lol) Staff and Dr's have all been friendly and make you feel comfortable knowing your pet is getting the best care, especially during these stressful times with covid. I'm impressed with their safety procedures to try and keep themselves, as well as clients safe. "Maggie" has friends for life here.. ? ?

My dog is dying as we speak and I needed a place to put her down!! Thank you for actually taking the time to hear what we needed before offering that you weren't accepting new clients!
A	Alyssa McDowell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was great until my dog needed several tests as she was very ill and when I was asking why the tests they told me would show what was wrong came up as nothing, I asked to speak to the veterinarian , when I did they told me they would need to do more tests I simply told them that when I came in I was told that this series of tests would tell us what was wrong when I got upset because my dog was very sick they sent me a letter a couple days later telling me they could no longer look after my animals and that I would need to find a different vet. So weeks later I did and they told the new vet that I was having aggressive behaviour towards them , the new vet wouldn’t take me on as a new client and my dog is still very sick with no help.

I can't recommend them enough. Oatmeal is doing much better now, and is looking to make a full recovery! Thank you to Dr. Michelle and all the people who helped us!
