R	Ray Hume on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call ed to make an appointment for my dog and and asked if i could also bring my cat for a check up. Was told no and was surprised that no other date was offered to me. This is twice now and its not the doctors its the front desk. No compassion whatsoever. Been going their for years. Have since moved on to a another vet.

h	heather jeanes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been using this vet for over 16 years, my first visit back with a new puppy, I was 3 minutes lates and they were calling me to reschedule, luckily for them i didn't hear the message til the next day or I would have rescheduled permanently. They still gave me attitude but my pup got seen. Of course they have no problem letting the customer wait.

We were concerned with our new rescue going in without us and were told I could walk him in...nice surprise when he walked in on his own with Dr Hoogers, tail wagging!
A	Amanda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been bringing my cats here for 7 years and recently over the past year, customer service has really just declined immensely, especially with some of the receptionists! I’ve been in person a few times, I’ve received some uncomfortable experiences over the past month. Some receptionists speak extremely direct, and it comes off very differently like with a bit of attitude (seeming annoyed or just unhappy), and unfortunately I’ve found reception really unhelpful, not very nice and sometimes careless at times lol! That’s not how customers should be greeted or feel they’re spoken to at all! This is where we bring our furry love balls that we care deeply about and love immensely!

Fast forward to April 2022, nail clipping is still $37, This is after restrictions were lifted. I complain about this, was told basically that's the way it is. Then someone in the back rooms started taking(with attitude) saying that's how it is..... Won't be back EVER. Ya and the flea and Tick meds & visit cost almost $400.
W	W537 DELI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive and recently they don't seem to care the same way. No owner allowed in so now Youre in and out in a few seconds. There's no way they're looking at my pets. Didn't even tell me the weight of my pup on last visit nor did they check his ears. I had to ask the receptionist on the phone and wait for her to go ask the vet. The receptionist got back to me saying yeah it's fine. Dog got an ear infection one week later. What am I paying for. Looking for a new vet who cares about my dollar slightly more
L	Lisa Corrigan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken my pets to this location 20+yrs. Staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and really care about their patients. Prices are reasonable. When it's time for your beloved pet to be euthanized they are very very compassionate. Highly recommend
