★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are really good in service, specially the girl in front desk has all the knowledge to explain you via phone before you show up to the shop. Should have given 5 star but my car seats were dirty and had garbage in it.. minor thing but rest is all good.. keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE this shop! The staff is fantastic and I don’t get talked down to because I’m a woman. They explain everything beforehand and make sure you want things done before they do them. They also gave me a detailed list of items and categorized them according to what was most important to have taken care of. I will definitely continue bringing my vehicles here!

My tire had gone flat on Christmas (Worst day of the year to have this happen), I called all over Edmonton to tire shops and no one was open till the 3rd of January. Finally I landed on OK tire as they were one of the only places open and had really great reviews.
I called and left a voicemail explaining my situation, and promptly received a call back. Nicole was a wonderful help, super accommodating and friendly. With the busy holiday season I let her know my work schedule and worked for me, and she was super understanding and was able to get my tire fixed for me right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Brought my wheels there to have new all season tires I purchased mounted and balanced. Was in no rush, but they had them done in no time. They are so so much more for the community as well, hosting family and charity events. It’s nice to deal with a business who does honest work and shows pride in care. Making sure every vehicle leaving the place is safe for the drivers and the people around them.
