As we move into the Fall of 2021, I know many of us are continuing to navigate the influence of covid-19. Knowing that, I continue to offer in-person as well as online sessions to best meet your needs and comfort.
In-person sessions are offered in a comfortable and private environment while online, face-to-face sessions are held on a secure, online platform intended for medical professionals. Either option can work to gain connection and timely support for achieving stabilization or relief from unanticipated loss, heightened anxiety, altered routines or shifts in relationships with children, partners and social supports.
