Beginners and first time visitors are warmly welcome at all our practice events. We are always happy to offer instruction on sitting and our practices at the beginning of each event.
When to Arrive
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early to your first visit. This allows us to give you some orientation.
What to Wear
It is best to wear loose, comfortable clothing. Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes or colognes.
