★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I was desperate for help, Ms. Jugen was unable to provide assistance. She may be described as having a calm presence, but I found her quietly condescending and judgemental. She promotes herself as a gentle therapist who can help with trauma. This was NOT the case for me. After each visit, I felt worse about myself and my life. Perhaps she has difficulty meeting the needs of minorities/ people of colour?
