We treat people, not symptoms. We focus on finding and healing the cause of your symptoms, rather than focusing on just the downstream symptoms, to support long term change. This means approaching healing in a holistic way, looking not just at symptoms, but at the whole person; their history, environment, lifestyle, and all facets of health and wellness. This also means working with all levels of the brain – the conscious mind that you are aware of, and the unconscious mind where our habitual reactions and bottled up emotions reside – as well as the body. We go beyond traditional talk therapy (which uses mainly our conscious mind) to include other modalities that access deeper levels of the brain. The result is deeper healing.
