★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this shop last weekend for an oil change and they didn’t screw the drain plug in tight, so leaked all over my garage floor! NOT a happy customer.
UPDATE: Manager, Yosh patiently listened to my complaint and apologized on behalf of his staff for their oversight. They redid the complete oil change and gave me a free top notch car wash ($18 value). Very professional service. I even brought my 2nd vehicle and again, another complementary $18 car wash. Changing my rating from 1 to 5 stars. Thank you Take 5 for righting a wrong. Greatly appreciate it.
