T	Ted Lyons on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have ordered lunch online 4 times. Every time, they've messed up the order. Every time. The last time they screwed it up so badly I called them. I was told that "next time the missing items will be replaced" I went to the drive through, placed an order and also asked for the items I was promised, only to be told that I had to order online again to get the replacement. I told them I had no desire to order online again and why but she would not provide me my replacement even though I had the receipt on my phone. The food isn't good anyway but the people in my office like it. I won't be back, online or in person and my employees have switched to Fatburger for their monthly meeting lunch.

I waited in line to place an order and a customer ahead of me came back angry explaining his order was completely wrong... Fine, everyone makes mistakes. I ordered a whopper and what I ended up with was a burnt patty, greasiest bun and a hunk of onion on top with no other condiments or veggies? The people working in the back must be high on something. A friend of mine lives in the area and told me not to come here. Whoever runs this place should be ashamed
L	Lovely C. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Onion rings, mozzarella sticks, plus jalapeño cheese bites were not hot or fresh or tasty at all! So sad and disappointed! What happened to burger king? We ordered onion rings and we got a mixture of both fries plus onion rings! Thumps down to the kitchen crew for not preparing fresh fried food to all customers and so unorganized with their fries plus onion ring section! The fried food is trash! Don't waste your money!
K	Kerri Carter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here on The Great Onion Ring Adventure with my bf. We travelled to 5 different fast food restaurants to compare the onion rings and crown a champion. (Thanks to GMM and their onion ring comparison making us hungry) So, I'm not even sure there is actual onion in these. I think maybe it's pureed onion shaped into rings and then fried. Not very crispy, no onion flavour, and mediocre seasoning. They came in last place. If you want onion rings specifically, burger king is not the place to get them.
T	The Goods on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 60-40 on order accuracy. Fail on freshness, reheated fries and others. Substitutes need to be ok by customers.
