One of the worst managers i have ever encountered and worked for. The owner is a good guy tho so are the damn collision staff (excluding the manager) lol

This was a completely different experience! The staff went above and beyond, and the repairs are perfect. I dropped it off, received a lovely loaner vehicle, and they handled everything with ICBC - and then called me that is was ready two days early! These people are true professionals!!

The staff at Dams were personable, attentive, thorough, quick, and professional - and my SUV looks great. They insisted on only using OEM parts, and the repairs are fully guaranteed. Five stars, and two thumbs up! Thank you for the great service!

I highly recommend if you need body work done in a timely manner. Ask for Kelton, he was of great help, personable, great communication and provided me with outstanding service.

My car was not repaired properly and they simply don't care. My families 40+ years of dealing with Dams, including Gordie himself, just ended. Ownership should pay attention.

Provided a decent loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair job. Workshop well equipped to do the most extreme of body repairs. Vehicle detailing well done. Had minor issues afterwards and they were attended to without fuss. A definite recommendation.
R	Raymond Hill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took in my car to have a very minor dent, above the rear wheel well on the passenger side repaired (under warranty). It was a paint defect from factory. They fixed that but then made a dent in my driver door. They won't fix it because they didn't do their job and take pictures of the car before they brought it into their shop, they say they didn't do it and they won't fix it and will NOT be liable for the damage. This is really shady and I am very upset with the lack of customer service, the lack of compassion and the fact that someone there didn't do their job properly I now have to pay out of pocket to try and get this fixed! I think they should be liable for this damage because they didn't take pictures and do a walk around of the vehicle before taking it from me. They say they don't have to take pictures all the way around the car because they are only working on one side. I really question that logic! I am very very unhappy and would not recommend this company to anyone.
