★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store. Wanted some plain cotton teeshirts for home wear and got exactly that. They also customize designs and prints in case one is interested. Friendly staff. One downside though: they do not have a trial room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a custom sweater made for my son. It was expensive and the quality of the image was very bad. Firstly, they used a different image than the one I sent them without asking me if the new image was ok. The printed image turned out blurry, cut very badly, with a significant horizontal crease in the image and there were some hairs stuck inside the print on the sweater (see pics)…I asked about the blurriness and the person said « don’t worry, it looks great, you will see ». Since the store was busy and I was in a rush, I didn’t make a fuss, but noted all these faults once I got home. Went back a few days later with the unworn sweater and although the person acknowledged the poor quality of the print, all they offered was to re-make the sweater, that I would have to pay for again but half price…(so I would end up paying 50% more than the original, already expensive price and end up with 2 sweaters). I would not recommend this place for custom prints. Even if the image turns out ok, it is too expensive for the sweater quality.
