 Installation of wall-mounted heat pump. Excellent service from Olivier and Stéphane. very clean installation and super well done! Household therefore makes no waste or scrap. We are very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'avais un rendez-vous pour une soumission pour un système que d'autres compagnies similaires évalue à 25k environ. Le représentant ne c'est jamais présenté n'a jamais téléphoné pour annuler reporter ou quoi que se soit...chose certaine je les rappellerais pas.
J'avais déjà fait faire une soumission pour d'autres produit avec eu et j'ai senti une énorme pression avec leur représentant, j'ai voulu retenter l'expérience mais décidément c'est encore pire..
Pour ma par ils sont raillé de ma liste
I had an appointment for a quote for a system that other similar companies valued at around 25k. The rep never showed up never phoned to cancel postponement or anything...certainly I wouldn't call them back.
I had already made a quote for other products with eu and I felt enormous pressure with their representative, I wanted to try the experience again but it's definitely even worse..
For my part they are mocked from my list

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What I love from them was that the sales person gave us a lecture about HVAC system in a very understandable language. He took the time to answer our questions. The installation was done in very short delay, just one week after the contract was signed. Their technicians worked efficiently. I like very much their suggestion to reorient the furnace and filter boxes so that they become compact and we gain some space in the basement. We will see how this new system perform in winter!
