★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très satisfait par la qualité du service reçu! Sérieusement, c'était un peu plus cher chez eux lorsque j’ai fait faire l’installation de ma thermopompe, mais le service n'a pas de prix! J'ai appelé hier pour un appel de service, j'ai eu un rendez-vous direct le lendemain matin! WOW. Très professionnel! Je le recommande à tous! (Ils sont vraiment sympathiques en plus!)
 Very satisfied with the quality of the service received! Seriously, it was a bit more expensive with them when I had my heat pump installed, but the service is priceless! I called yesterday for a service call, I had a direct appointment the next morning! WOW. Very professional! I recommend it to everyone! (They are really nice too!)

Auparavant, j'avais perdu beaucoup de temps avec des entrepreneurs peu intéressés ou incapables de respecter leurs promesses de prendre en charge les travaux. Toute l'équipe de Simetek a contribué à sa façon à l'excellence du service. Vous pouvez les contacter en toute confiance. J'utilise rarement ces plateformes de commentaires. Je le fais en guise de reconnaissance et pour guider d'autres clients potentiels vers une entreprise compétente et fiable.
When I contacted Simetek Air Conditioning to replace a wall mounted air conditioning system with a heat pump, I immediately received relevant and realistic information about the work to be done. In less than two weeks the work was professionally completed. Previously, I had wasted a lot of time with contractors who were uninterested or unable to keep their promises to take over the work. The entire Simetek team has contributed in its own way to service excellence. You can contact them with confidence. I rarely use these comment platforms. I do this as recognition and to guide other potential clients to a competent and reliable business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je vous recommande cette compagnie. Nous avons fait installer un système de chauffage et de la climatisation centrale, l'année dernière, et nous sommes très satisfaits. Bon système et bon service. Les techniciens étaient très efficaces. Le seul bémol, était qu'a chaque fois, je téléphonais et laisser un message pour le retour d'appel. On rappelait, mais on demandait a parler a mon conjoint, a chaque fois, pourtant, c'était moi qui ai téléphoné et j'ai laissé mon nom sur le répondeur. Je ne comprend pas pourquoi?? J'ai décidé de donner 5 étoiles quand même pour les raisons mentionnées.
I recommend this company to you. We had a central heating and air conditioning system installed last year and we are very satisfied. Good system and good service. The technicians were very efficient. The only downside was that each time I called and left a message for the return call. We called back, but we asked to speak to my partner, each time, however, it was I who called and I left my name on the answering machine. I do not understand why?? I decided to give 5 stars anyway for the reasons mentioned.
