We made two appointments to see the problem with our air conditioning. Everytime people came. They never called back. Not reliable at all.

Il nous fera plaisir de répondre a toute les questions concernant les garanties ou bien en effectuer le suivis dans un delais résonable. Vous pouvez communiquer avec nous et nous ferons le nécessaire pour arranger la situation. Deplus vous n'avez jamais expliqué que vous aviez un problème avec votre appareil et vous vouliez simplement connaitre l'endroit ou trouver le numero de serie de votre appareil. Laisser nous la chance de vous offrir nos service avant de le juger. Par ailleur nous sommes tres respectueux des garanties et de nos clients.
Avis 2: Non, mais j'hallucine ! J'ai communiqué avec vous à quatre reprises mentionnant mon numéro de série et j'ai même eu des excuses de votre employé parce que ce dernier m'a oublié PENDANT 1 MOIS !!!! Vous êtes peut-être respectueux des garanties, mais pas de vos clients. Cessez de jouer les victimes, dotez-vous d'un CRM pour faire vos suivis et donnez du bon service.
J'éviterais toutes représailles sur ce commentaire si j'étais vous.
Notice 1: Unable to get follow-up on a simple warranty issue. Avoid wasting your time, they will only respond to you if they are interested.

We will be happy to answer any questions regarding guarantees or to follow up within a reasonable time. You can contact us and we will do what is necessary to correct the situation. Moreover, you never explained that you had a problem with your device and you just wanted to know the location or find the serial number of your device. Give us the chance to offer you our service before judging it. In addition, we are very respectful of guarantees and of our customers.
Opinion 2: No, but I'm hallucinating! I contacted you four times mentioning my serial number and I even had an apology from your employee because he forgot me FOR 1 MONTH !!!! You may be respectful of guarantees, but not of your customers. Stop playing the victim, equip yourself with a CRM to do your follow-ups and provide good service.
I would avoid any retaliation on this comment if I were you.
