J'appelle au numero d'entretient en donnant l'adresse et notre vocation, la téléphoniste me transmet le technicien. Le technicien m'appelle, prend rendez-vous 2 jours plus tard, me demandant si on est toujours un restaurant. Un administrateur me rappelle le lundi et on me dit qu'on ne me servira pas car je suis un restaurant... L'ethique professionnelle, il me semble, aurait été ou bien de dire tout de suite qu'ils ne faisaient pas confiance aux restaurants, ou alors de me dépanner et d'honnorer le rendez-vous après m'avoir laissé 2 jours dans le frette pas d'eau chaude sous promesse de service...
Explanation: Loose heating in my restaurant, heater installed by Carmichael. I call the number of maintenance by giving the address and our vocation, the telephonist passes me the technician. The technician calls me, make an appointment 2 days later, asking me if we are still a restaurant. An administrator reminds me on Monday and I am told that I will not be served because I am a restaurant ... Professional ethics, it seems to me, would have been either to say immediately that they did not trust to the restaurants, or then to help me out and to honor the appointment after having left me 2 days in the fret no hot water under promise of service ...
