★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrêmement déçue des services reçus. Je ne ferai plus jamais affaire avec cette compagnie. Prennent trop de contrats pour leur capacité, un employé a dû faire une job qui normalement n'est pas réalisée par celui-ci. L'excavateur qui est arrivé sur le chantier en premier a été très impoli et un grand manque de respect dans sa façon de nous parler. Il se plaignait que nous n'avions pas fait les préparatifs nécessaires au préalable, alors qu'on nous avait bien précisé de ne rien faire... par la suite le responsable nous demande d'enlever le plancher flottant d'une pièce (donc fait à la course le matin même), ce que nous avons fait pour rien car le plombier dès son arrivée ne comprenait pas d'où venait cette demande. Finalement, nous avons dû relancer pour qu'ils reviennent compléter les travaux. Manque de communication entres eux, ils ne savaient pas qu'ils devaient revenir.
 Extremely disappointed with the services received. I will never do business with this company again. Take too many contracts for their capacity, an employee had to do a job that normally is not performed by it. The excavator who arrived on site first was very rude and very disrespectful in the way he spoke to us. He complained that we had not made the necessary preparations beforehand, when we had been told to do nothing ... then the manager asked us to remove the floating floor from one room (so we ran for the morning), which we did for nothing because the plumber upon his arrival did not understand where this request came from. Finally, we had to relaunch so that they came back to complete the work. Lack of communication between them, they did not know they had to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très mauvaise expérience. Les prix beaucoup trop chers pour le travail réalisé. Le technicien ne s'est pas présenté au rendez-vous prévu. J'ai appelé à plusieurs reprises après leur visite pour discuter de la facture et de leur mauvais service et je n'ai jamais eu de retour d'appel. C'était en février, et je n'ai toujours pas de nouvelles.
Very bad experience. Prices much too expensive for the work done. The technician did not show up for the scheduled appointment. I called several times after their visit to discuss the bill and their poor service and never got a call back. It was February, and I still have no news.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après 4 demandes (2 par téléphone et 2 par courriel) pour avoir nos factures (produites électroniquement) pour deux visites en plomberie, je ne les ai toujours pas, plus de trois mois après les travaux.
After 4 requests (2 by phone and 2 by email) to have our invoices (produced electronically) for two plumbing visits, I still do not have them, more than three months after the work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La seule expertise de Dubé est qu'il est expert en escroquerie. Le prix a doublé un coup que sa machinerie a détruit mon terrain. Ne faites pas affaire avec eux sans avoir un papier détaillé des travaux et le montant associé. Nous avons attendu ce papier qui n'est finalement jamais arrivé. Par contre la journée même où ils ont commencé les travaux la facture elle est arrivée.
Dubé's only expertise is that he is an expert in scams. The price doubled a blow as its machinery destroyed my land. Do not do business with them without having a detailed paper of the work and the associated amount. We waited for this paper which ultimately never arrived. On the other hand, the same day when they started the work the invoice arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ce fût ma première expérience pour un dégât d'eau. Dubéxpert sont venu pour une expertise et j'ai été tout de suite rassurée par des explications simples et claires. Lors de travaux, tout s'est bien déroulé. Ils m'ont donné leur avis sur certaines décisions à prendre, ce que j'ai apprécié beaucoup, car je n'ai pas de connaissances à ce sujet. Les gars ont fait preuve de professionnalisme, de proactivité et d'extrême minutie. Je recommanderais Dubéxpert à tout le monde qui désire obtenir un service A+. Un merci particulier à Érik et Martin, vous avez fait une vraiment belle job ! :)
It was my first experience for water damage. Dubéxpert came for an expertise and I was immediately reassured by simple and clear explanations. During the works, everything went well. They gave me their opinion on certain decisions to be made, which I appreciated a lot, because I have no knowledge about it. The guys have shown professionalism, proactivity and extreme thoroughness. I would recommend Dubéxpert to anyone who wants A + service. A special thank you to Erik and Martin, you did a really great job! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils sont venus chez nous pour déboucher le drain en 2020. Ils ont tout défait un pavé décoratif que nous avions payé cher, nous promettant de revenir en 2021 pour tout remettre en ordre, tout remettre proprement. Finalement, ils ne reviennent pas, et ne nous répondent même plus lorsqu'on appelle. Ce sont des gens malhonnêtes et nous ne les recommandons plus du tout. Plus de 15 000$ dépensés chez eux pour ce travail qu'ils ne viennent même pas terminer. Passez votre chemin et allez donner votre argent à des gens plus honnêtes.
They came to us to unclog the drain in 2020. They all undone a decorative paving that we had paid dearly, promising us to come back in 2021 to put everything back in order, put everything back cleanly. Finally, they do not come back, and do not even answer us when we call. They are dishonest people and we don't recommend them at all anymore. Over $ 15,000 spent at home for this job they don't even come to complete. Go your way and give your money to more honest people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai eu un rendez-vous pour des travaux de plomberie le 10 juin, on m’a dit que je recevrais ma facture par courriel. Nous sommes présentement le 9 août (!!) et je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma facture. Je les ai appelé exactement 10 fois et à chaque fois on me disait qu’ils « passeraient le message au département de comptabilité et qu’ils me l’enverraient sous peu.» Je l’attends encore. C’est ridicule, sachant qu’envoyer un courriel prends 2 secondes et que ça fait maintenant 2 MOIS. (Oui j’ai vérifié ma boîte de courriers indésirables et j’ai besoin de ma facture comme preuve pour mon prêt rénos.)
Ce n’est pas tout, je soupçonne qu’ils ont abusés de ma naïveté étant donné que je suis une fille et que je ne m’y connais aucunement en plomberie pour prendre plus de temps pour faire les travaux. Ils ont pris 3h à deux hommes (donc 2 x 90$/h + les matériaux, en tout 1027$) pour simplement déplacer le drain et les robinets de mon bain et ma douche de seulement environ 10 pouces! Et ils ont oubliés de faire une sortie pour le tuyau de la douche parapluie.
Bref, je ne les recommande aucunement.
I had an appointment for plumbing work on June 10th, I was told that I would receive my invoice by email. It is currently August 9 (!!) and I still have not received my invoice. I called them exactly 10 times and each time I was told they would "pass the message on to the accounting department and send it to me shortly." I'm still waiting for him. It's ridiculous, knowing that sending an email takes 2 seconds and it's now been 2 MONTHS. (Yes I have checked my junk mail box and need my invoice as proof for my renovation loan.)
That’s not all, I suspect they took advantage of my naivety considering that I am a girl and I don’t know much about plumbing to take longer to get the job done. They took two men 3 hours (so 2 x $ 90 / hr + materials, in total $ 1027) to simply move the drain and the taps of my bath and my shower by only about 10 inches! And they forgot to make an exit for the umbrella shower hose.
In short, I do not recommend them at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premier mauvais commentaire que je fais de ma vie puisque je crois que c'est pertinent que les gens fassent attention ..
J'ai fais affaire avec cette compagnie en 2019 et je n'ai pas fait de commentaire négatif puisque les assurances m'ont dit qu'ils allaient fermés et étaient en faillite .. À FUIR À TOUT PRIX !!! Je les ai contacté pour un simple changement de chauffe-eau.. Leurs employés complètement incompétents ont inondé mon sous-sol n'ont pas vidé le chauffe-eau avant de commencer à tout débrancher et ne trouvaient pas la fermeture de l'eau au sous-sol, se sacraient après tout le long et on laissé mes locataires traumatisés gérer la fermeture de l'eau et le problème puisqu'ils ne faisaient que crier. Aucun professionnalisme.
Du côté de la direction, on me dit que l'employé à un problème de famille, et n'aurait pas dû être là puisqu'il a fait n'importe quoi.. Ils étaient supposé envoyé une pièce à mes assurances mais l'ont égaré pour finalement leurs dire qu'ils faisaient faillite et donc mes assurances m'ont dit qu'on auraient pas une cenne de leur part lorsque j'ai dû refaire le plancher de tout le sous-sol ainsi qu'un mur.. Je leur ai en plus tout de même payé le matériel pour les travaux puisque je trouvais le tout juste .. Mais finalement j'ai dû payer en plus toute la remise à neuf de mon sous-sol..
Sincèrement, pire expérience de ma vie ...
En lisant leurs commentaire, je vois que je ne suis pas la seule à qui ils ont dit qu'ils étaient en faillite et que donc on ne pouvait rien contre eux !! Je n'en reviens pas encore ...
First bad comment I make in my life since I believe it's relevant that people pay attention..
I did business with this company in 2019 and I did not make a negative comment since the insurance companies told me that they were going to close and were in bankruptcy.. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I contacted them for a simple water heater change.. Their completely incompetent employees flooded my basement didn't drain the water heater before they started unplugging everything and couldn't find the water shut off at the basement, after all, they let my traumatized tenants deal with the water shut-off and the problem since they were just screaming. No professionalism.
On the management side, I am told that the employee has a family problem, and should not have been there since he did anything wrong.. They were supposed to send a piece to my insurance but the lost to finally tell them that they were going bankrupt and so my insurance told me that we would not have a cent from them when I had to redo the floor of the entire basement as well as a wall.. I still paid them for the material for the work since I found it all right.. But in the end I had to pay in addition for all the refurbishment of my basement..
Honestly, worst experience of my life...
By reading their comments, I see that I am not the only one to whom they said that they were bankrupt and that therefore nothing could be done against them!! I can't come back yet...
