À part me dire combien ils chargent de l'heure et les frais de déplacement, aucune manière d'avoir une estimation du temps que ça prendrait. On me met en attente pendant de longues minutes juste pour avoir une date de quand ça pourrait se faire. J'ai fini par raccrocher. On ne parle pas ici d'un énorme travail en plomberie! Je me serais attendu à avoir plus d'information. Cela m'a convaincu de ne pas faire affaire avec cette entreprise.
I'm calling to get information about a toilet change. Other than telling me how much they charge per hour and the travel costs, no way to estimate how long it would take. I am put on hold for long minutes just to get a date of when it might be. I ended up hanging up. We're not talking about a huge plumbing job here! I would have expected more information. It convinced me not to do business with this company.

On a opéré en 2 rendez-vous distincts, les 2 plombiers différents sont arrivés à l’heure prévue, étaient super sympathiques, de bons conseils et ont travaillé rapidement et bien. Oui, ça coûte cher faire affaire à des plombiers certifiés (un peu - de 100$/hr, +30$ de base, + les pièces), mais je n’en regrette pas un sou. Je les rappellerai sans hésiter lorsque j’aurai des projets de rénovations.
I had several small tasks to do to bring my 1962 house up to standard. We operated in 2 separate appointments, the 2 different plumbers arrived at the scheduled time, were super friendly, gave good advice and worked quickly and well. Yes, it's expensive to do business with certified plumbers (a little - $100/hr, +$30 basic, + parts), but I don't regret a penny. I will call them without hesitation when I have renovation projects.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Histoire d’Horreur on laisse un vent ouvert avec odeur nauséabonde dans la chambre de mes locataires . Plombier qui sacre sans arrêt en détruisant tout . On cancelle mon rdv , on ne me rappelle pas ? sous prétexte qu’ils ont trop de clients? C’est fini pour moi même si on m’a offert une petite compensation ça n’efface pas tout le stress et le temps passé.
Horror story we leave an open wind with a foul smell in the room of my tenants. Plumber who constantly destroys everything. They cancel my appointment, they don't call me back ? on the pretext that they have too many customers? It's over for me even if I was offered a small compensation that does not erase all the stress and the time spent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je suis vraiment satisfaite du service reçu ce mardi 4 janvier. La réceptionniste a bien saisi la situation et j’ai eu un retour dans l’heure suivante. Maxime, le plombier affecté à mon dossier, a débouché puis ajusté ma tuyauterie du lavabo de cuisine avec une grande efficacité. Nous avons respecté les mesures sanitaires et Maxime a pris le temps de répondre à mes questions. Un gros merci !
I am really satisfied with the service received on Tuesday January 4th. The receptionist got it right and I got back within an hour. Maxime, the plumber assigned to my file, unblocked and then adjusted my kitchen sink plumbing with great efficiency. We respected the sanitary measures and Maxime took the time to answer my questions. A big thank you !
