★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sold our home quickly, under less-than-ideal conditions. We decided to downsize after a family illness and death and settled on Sylvain Bourgon as our realtor. Before signing, I warned him that I wasn't going to do a thing to the house, that he'd have to sell it "with dishes in the sink and the bed unmade." He said he could do it and he did. It's nice to work with someone who keeps their word.
He sold the house very quickly and at the full asking price. He was a pleasure to work with. He also recommended a lawyer and moving company who did excellent work and cost less than other, comparable levels of service. I appreciated the lack of disruption to our very busy lives.

Sylvain is an amazing realtor, he helped me find and purchase my first home. He is always available RIGHT AWAY to show you houses, to awnser any questions, to give you good advice and even and informe you on anything you need to know. He really takes the time to get you what you want and is more focus on your needs and guding you in purchasing a good home then closing the deal. His experience knowledge was very helpful since it was my first time buying and I am really happy i had to opportunity to have him help and guide me in purchasing my first home. He really is the best.
