She was trying to buy my home for her clients and from the beginning was nasty and belligerent with us making unreasonable requests. She actually took it upon herself to enter my home with her client and clients brother prior to us arriving (on time) for the final walk through to give them access. Anyway I could go on and on. Bottom line, there are many wonderful agents I have had the pleasure of working with over the years, she simply was not one of them. Ask yourself why an agent who had been around as long as Colleen has one positive review! Makes you wonder.

Her attention to detail, her presentation and her experience stood out from other agents. She helped me so much with the process as i was a first time seller. After we listed the home i had to go out of town for family reasons and she even did the extraordinary by organizing the garage and storage room for me! The home was sold quickly as she predicted at the price i wanted. Thank you so much Colleen for your great help in making this process so simple for us!
