We engaged Nick for the sale of my condo and purchase of a house. On the buy side, Nick was very helpful and took the time to help us find the right house for us without pressuring us to make a decision or just pick a house to get the sale. His knowledge of renovations, building materials and potential construction issues was also a great source of insight during walkthroughs, and it was clear his goal was for us to find a house that was right for us (we love our new home!). On the sell side, Nick arranged photos and staging at our request but did not pressure us into services we didn't need. The condo sold within the average time on market for condos in Ottawa, and within our target price range (Nick's value assessment was very accurate in this regard). If you are looking for a realtor, you can stop and look no further. Nick is an an amazing realtor and an absolute master in customer/client service. Nick was our realtor when we bought a house in late 2021. He takes time getting to know his clients, their needs and offers truly personalized advice. We never ever feel like he was just in it to make the sale. During our interactions, we felt that he genuinely made sure we got the house that we wanted. He made the purchase process seamless and answered our countless questions. Once the sale had been complete, Nick took us though the process to taking ownership, helps us find a locksmith to manage our complex European front door lock and even came himself to help fix a barn door that had split at the bottom. Despite our multiple questions, he was always extremely responsive by email and text - often answering within minutes and never taking more than a couple hours to respond. He still answers questions for us more than 4 months after we've moved in! We would give Nick our HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION and have in fact recommended him to friends who have been similarly satisfied.
