Jeff Birchmore helped us buy our new home and sell our old one quickly and seamlessly. There was, as normal, a quick timeline to get an offer in with competing offers, but we never felt rushed, and Jeff took the time with us to go through comparable homes with their upgrades to help make a great offer. On selling our home, he gave us a comprehensive staging list, and staged the home to sell, as it sold the first day it was on the market! We used Jeff Birchmore to sell our condo and buy a house. Not only was he extremely professional, but also very honest and trustworthy. Jeff helped us prepare our condo for sale and was always willing to drop by when we had questions. He works with a wonderful stager and photographer who made our house look amazing. He gave us great tips to help get our house ready, and advertised it thoroughly. Our condo sold on its first day on the market thanks to his hard work! Jeff was also very helpful when we were looking for a house. He understood what we were looking for and was always ready to take us to showings even on short notice. Even more importantly for us, he truly had our best interests at heart. He encouraged us to take our time to find the right house and not to rush into anything. When we were considering putting an offer on a house, he advised us to think about it rather than jumping on the commission. In the end we bought a different house and are grateful to him for his advice. He also sent us comps for the condo we sold, several houses that we considered buying, and general neighbourhoods that we were curious about, and always very quickly after we requested them. When we had an issue with a house we’d put an offer on, he was very helpful and filed a complaint on our behalf despite the extra work for it created for him. Even after we bought our new house, he stayed on top of all of the follow-up work of contacting our mortgage broker, lawyer, and clearing up the questions we had for the current owners. We really felt like we could trust him and have candid conversations with him. Jeff truly exceeded our expectations in every aspect and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property.
