β β β β β You should be able to post 0 stars. The people who run this place are rude and horrible to deal with. They know nothing about customer service and how to properly run a professional business. I have registered a formal complaint with Canada Post as well. I do not understand how they are allowed to remain in business.
Listen to these reviews and STAY away from this place!!!!!

β β β β β Iβm only giving two stars because I was finally treated with respect by a gentlemen working the counter .
I have been picking up packages from this location for years and have been unlucky when dealing with the RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL lady who works there.
She gives attitude when you ask for help with forms
She always says your package isnβt in (if the slip says pick up on the same day) half the time I can see my package in the back or the unsorted bin that she refuses to sort.
Iβm glad that I donβt have to deal with this location anymore after I moved .

β β β β β I've never experienced such unprofessionalism and disregard at a postal office. I went to this location for the 1st time and the lady is rude should have her Canada post licence revoked. I'm not surprised to see all these complaints on here.

β β β β β I can understand everyoneβs frustration but their service has never bothered me. For some reason the lady speaks to me in a way that reminds me of my mom. She can sound very harsh but is really just trying to make a point. She taught me how to mail a letter and how to ship out a box properly and I didnβt ask her to! I gave her a box and I labelled it wrong; she fixed it for me and showed me how to do it right. (Yes it was more like βlabel goes here! Not here!β) but when you grow up with asian parents you know sheβs not trying to be mean lol. I just always be sure to say Hello in a nice tone and thank you because I know itβs tough to keep it together all the time, but being nice might help. They deal with so many customers all day long and repetitive questions and also have to deal with customers attitude if theyβre rude. So I get it. Leaving 5 stars because this is a post office I go to regularly and never had issues here.

β β β β β I went to this shop to take my package, bcz Canada post didn't deliver mine to unit address. While I show my ID and address I lived in, how much terrible that lady doubting about my identity, she was soo rude, till I need 3 times back-return to this shop. I called customer service of Canada post and they said it shouldn't be difficult to take my package as long as I have my address proof. How could canada post give trust to this sh and bad customer service there

β β β β β I've been going here for years and while the service has been far from pleasant, I thought it was just a Canada Post problem. Went to another CP office today and realize the owners of this location are just plain lazy. They refuse to provide tape, apply the prepaid labels or key in numbers of damaged labels. Incredibly cheap and will not accept certain credit cards. Go to the Canada Post at Shoppers instead
Unrelated but they do not have QR code scanner to print labels created online.

β β β β β I had to visit the place two times to get my package. I have changed my Address on the id and they were not giving my package.
And the lady was very rude. I could have give zero stars for the service.
** Note ** avoid this location at any cost.
