★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice books store. Though they should put more french books because french books section is really very small and all are in kids section. In addition, don't even have any other languages books. Also they should give more promotions in books.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Indigo and this location. It has access from both the parking lot and inside the mall.
The store is spacious and well-organized. They have a great collection of fashion, books, outdoor décor, outdoor dining, accessories, kids collection, etc.
Starbucks is located at the side of the store and has a separate entrance, but the access to the store is blocked for the time being. But previously, you could enjoy your coffee or cold beverage and spend hours in the store surfing through books and buying accessories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is just like any other Indigo store but some service staff truly are full of attitude. Indigo needs to do more training on professionalism, courtesy and politeness, choice of words and tone. Basic stuff for retail customer service.
I didn’t get her name but she actually looks like a store manager or senior associate. I bought $260 worth of stuff from indigo today, I asked the cashier (who’s pleasant and polite but clearly new) if I could leave stuff at the store and pick up when I leave the mall. The cashier turned around to ask the manager, who coldly said “no, after she pays it’s her belonging”. I was right there in front of them, she could turn to me and speak to me directly, with more courtesy. The cashier did offer to put my stuff on hold and asked me to pay upon leaving the mall.
I carried all $260 worth of stuff in my own bags. The cashier asked me if I’d want an indigo bag, first I said I don’t need it, but then I said “I’d like to take one actually”. The manager said to me, arms crossed, “it’s 25 cents”. The cashier looked a bit surprised. First, she offered to give me a bag to begin with, if I let her, she wouldn’t have charged me 25 cents. Second, I had just spent $260 at the store. Third, if it’s your policy and “sustainability mandate”, enforce the rule sure, but get trained on how to speak to customers.
Indigo’s marketing and PR also should monitor these social posts and feedback and reply with an acknowledgment. Hopefully getting feedback to line managers and relevant departments too. Customer service is important; you sell books and other products as much you’d like to think you are selling an expensive lifestyle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love bookstores, so coming across this behemoth of a book store was so wonderful. They have such a wide selection of not just books but other things too, and good deals on things.
That will be a place I'd go out of my way to visit whenever I go to square one.
The staff was friendly as well, we happened to be there near closing time and got shooed out, but it wasn't in a negative way. It was just a nice experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large two-level Indigo that has entrance directly from outdoors, and into the mall. Well stocked location that also has a small, take-out Starbucks (no seating) location. The store is not well staffed however. Today, there were only two cashier open which made the queue very slow and long. My friend left the line and abandoned her purchase, unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome location. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I bought land of stories book and a harry potter Lego for my daughter's birthday. Navigating through the store was easy and fun. Lots of staff to help around and assist.
Gift wrapping service made it very convenient.
