β β β β β I have been with Dr. Pinto for many years, everyone is very professional and friendly I use to live in Mississauga but I now live in Crystal Beach and every six months I drive 1 and half to 2 hrs for my regular visit and it's always a pleasure.

β β β β β Unprofessional dentist (dr pinto )very rude and unpleasant with vulgar attitude.probably the Worst Dentist I have ever encountered.Also had B.O. her staff is also weirdly awkward . The whole experience was uncomfortable and awkward.very rude and disrespectful . She has an attitude problem .i would not recommend !!!

β β β β β The doctors remember your name. They hear you patiently and answer all your questions. All the associates working there have a genuine smile on their face. This is an outstanding practice and surely these people love their job.

β β β β β My family and I actually feel blessed to be patients of Dr. Renaldo and Dr. Aparna Pinto. It is really difficult to find excellent and qualified dentists. While they are experts at their jobs they treat each patient with great care and consideration. I have had major dental work done here and highly recommend these dentists for their expertise and caring. My only regret is that I was not aware and did not join their practice years ago. Thank you Dr. Renaldo and Dr. Aparna.

β β β β β If you have unlimited dental insurance and money is not a factor then ignore my review. Stay Away if you care about your money and don't want to haggle with the receptionist(s) and the dentist about why you are paying extra.
I was charged double of what we had agreed on prior to my appointment ( written communication as proof). Now imagine trying to defend and prove your point while you are in pain. Then you are rudely told that double cost is because of extra treatments which were not discussed at all. There are 10,000+ dentists in ONTARIO and YOU are paying for it. Do yourself a favor and find another one who respects you and your money.

β β β β β Dr. Renaldo Pinto and Dr. Aparna Pinto, they are a thorough professional and caring dentists with a wonderful staff (dental assistants and front desk) This office is amazing. Every aspect of them is organized and friendly.
Dr. Renaldo and Dr. Aparna explains each process thoroughly. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I am happy to have found them!!
