★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Dr. Fares Sbaiti a couple years ago (pre-covid) for a molar filling and felt that he was very passive aggressive when I told him that filling needed to be shaved a little bit more as it was obstructing my bite. I understand that it can be a very stressful environment for him but he needs to learn how to regulate his emotions especially when dealing with clients. He was also quite rude with his assistants which I felt bad for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stuff are very friendly. Booking appointments, confirmations and reminders going smoothly. Dr. Fares is the best dentists. He is very keen to develop treatment methods and devices in line with the development in the field of dentistry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Dentistry is really great! I find that they never harass me to get services, I don't need. Also, during the pandemic, they called me and asked me if I would prefer them calling me to give reminders for cleanings, or if they should wait for me to call for when I am ready to go in for a cleaning. I thought this was huge, everyone I knew said that dentists have been calling every week to go back for cleanings! These guys will only do what you need. No extra procedures for their benefit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero stars if I could. The staff at this dental office are the worst I have ever come across anywhere. The WORST customer service and patient care I have experienced in a dental office. I told the office manager that I was looking for a different availability, she told me they had none available. I said I would keep my appointment time and she went on to say that if I was not feeling well I could not come in due to covid protocols. I made the office manager aware that I was not feeling well due to menstrual cramps and she proceeded to tell me that she would have to contact the ministry to see if I could come in because they are very strict. This made no sense as it had no relevance to covid. The office told me I needed to pay a cancellation fees and a deposit for my appointments going forward. I reminded them that it was the office manager who had cancelled and not myself. After listening to the recorded call the office manager continued to gas light me, both the manager and assistant Had a very rude demeanour. This office has no set values for patient care and or customer service. Please look elsewhere for your dental care!!! The stress they put you through is NOT worth it. The GTA has many amazing dental offices that would never make a patient feel less-than. I wouldn’t give my money to an office that does not respect the patients. What is an office without patients ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are a family of five (three children), and we all went to different dentists until, about five years ago, we found Dr.Sbaiti and Roseborough Dental. Since then, we all settled with this clinic and have been very happy with them. Led by Dr.Sbaiti, they are truly a team where everyone is knowledgeable, professional and caring. They help us find the best way to keep our teeth healthy, navigate our insurance plans, they are flexible and accommodating with appointments (they work on Saturdays!). They do make our life easier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Fares is a wonderful dentist, with a helpful and supportive team behind him. When I first started seeing him I had multiple cavaties, a few of which required crowns. I've never enjoyed going to the dentist, but Dr. Fares' excellent work made all of these procedures as pleasant as possible. His office staff was also very helpful in guiding me through the insurance process. The team at Roseborough Dental has me given me the best dental health I've ever had in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not someone who enjoys getting dental work, but I must say that I had one of the best experiences ever at Roseborough Dental. I had a bit of anxiety before getting my first ever oral surgery, but the receptionist, Jessie, made everything so easy. I don't think I would have followed through with my gum graft operation if it wasn't for her. She took the time to answer all my questions about the procedure beforehand and afterwards. I probably called her a million times, and was always super patient and comforting. Many thanks also to Dr. Fares who did a remarkable job with my procedure. I was very impressive with how quick and easy the procedure was and I didn't feel a thing. Most definitely recommend this dental office if you are looking for a new spot in the Mississauga area. Thank you.
