I was unable to get the proper glasses at another clinic out in Vancouver. The optometrist at Creditview Optical (ask for Dr. Kenny) went out of her way to get my prescription over the phone from the clinic out in Vancouver and gave me a good deal on my frames+lens on the spot! I literally spent no more than 20 minutes before walking out of that clinic with new glasses. The staff were kind and courteous. It was hands down the best service I have ever had. Kudos to them. 100% would recommend.

Took my new $650 glasses in for repair (frame, inherent defect of manufacture in my opinion) just after 5 months into the warranty period. After I picked it up, they called to say I owe $25 for a deductible (shipping charge) that was never mentioned to when I took the glasses in. My wife paid the $25 but I am not happy about it. I think the warranty should have covered the repair. Me or my family won't be dealing with Creditview Optical anymore.....
C	Cayleen Valerio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the optometrists are great: friendly and considerate. customer service could be improved, however. the lenses for my mother were incorrect as her updated prescription was not applied. after months of having the wrong lenses, she was told she'd have to wait weeks, when a same-day fix was feasible. a little more compassion for the patron would be appreciated. otherwise, it's a nice shop to find nice glasses.
M	Milena Szumowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Hussain was very nice. The staff there unfortunately are something else. They were extremely rude to my husband and did not treat him with any respect. Pressuring him to pay after he repeatedly told them that I would take care of the bill once I got there. I was 5 minutes late for my appointment as I got stuck in traffic coming from a different city. Completely insensitive after I called to let them know and I was told repeatedly that they close at 6pm. The appointment took less than 10 minutes....I was out of there by 6pm. All 3 were giving us bad looks from when we walked in and then out. I have been going there for over 20 years with my family. We explained our experience to our families and they said they had a similar experience with the associates and since then decided to go somewhere else. That's 7 clients total they had now lost from our family. Very disappointing experience.

I have been satisfied at the service they have been providing me and my family. They always go above and beyond to make sure my family and I are always taken care of!

Everyone at the store is so nice and accommodating, and Dr Sylvester is my usual eye doctor and she's super sweet!

So I decided to take a chance for myself and visit and I was extremely satisfied with the place. From the sales staff, selection, optometrist all the way down to the cleanliness of the store - everything was well ran. Would like to shoutout Abegail, JM and Maryam especially for their wonderful services. As soon as I entered I was greeted warmly and was told to do a COVID screening. From then on their assistance with the eye exam, selection, fitting, insurance inquiries and checkout was seamless. Extremely happy I decided to come here and this will now be my go to optical store for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend this store and the associates above for any of your optical inquiries.
