★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place with very bad management. I booked for my 6 year daughter to have piano lessons every Saturday @4:00pm. For three weeks they call 2-3 days ahead asking to change the time of the class because they don't have available time. They called again before last saturday asking for the same thing to change to 4:30 instead. We reluctantly agreed. after my wife went the receptionist is telling my wife that they have to change that time window or change the teacher because they don't have that available anymore and when she asked why he told her that they have to kids who' been dealing with the place for longer time who book this time and they can't make them upset. He started accusing my wife that she's not flexible . And in the middle of all this the teacher came out of the room saying she wasn't told that she had a class @4:30 and she can't wait. She refused to give my kid the lesson and left.
I wouldn't go there if I need more organized people who know what they're doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best schools in Mississauga. They have very reasonable prices and are very flexible with scheduling. The atmosphere is so comfortable that you don't feel intimidated coming in there. And they have a pleasant atmosphere with toys for young children. It's kind of like a home feeling.
