★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality of eyeglass frames. Also, they made me wait 45 minutes despite I booked time; the lady at Erin Mills Vision was chatting with customers about purchasing a new home while I was waiting. AVOID them and save your money and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought glasses from there a week ago. They were too loose so I asked her to tighten them. She gave them back to me too tight and she does not know how to make them looser. I had to go in 5 times and she still didn't know how to loosen them. I ended up finding a video on youtube to loosen them myself. She is overpriced and does not know what she is doing. Avoid this place at all costs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On June 14, Wednesday I visited the store with a new vision prescription and asked if I can pick up the glasses in two days which is Friday due to the personal reasons. Fatima, the lady in the store, helped to rush the order. I have had my glasses on times. Fatima worked efficiently with an excellent outcome. Thank you so much!

So google and facebook sells your data as well as this clinic but straight forward way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been seeing Dr. Kwong for over 10 years and he has always taken excellent care of my vision; he takes the time to address all my concerns and conducts thorough examinations of my eyes. Recently I had a treatment done for my dry eyes and I was surprised at how much my vision has improved after the treatment. My eyes feel more comfortable and less scratchy. Thank you Dr. Kwong!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I got my eye test done, then I waited for the chick selling glasses to see me. She was brown herself and so am I…she literally walked passed me knowing I was waiting and went to a Caucasian lady ? Like do you think brown people can’t pay for glasses? What is that service? Like are your racist to your own kind? It’s okay I bought my $800 glasses somewhere else. Don’t be racist when we the same skin colour honey, you just look rude
