★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a couch and loveseat last September, after 8 weeks of waiting it came October 16 so I excited to pick them up at the store. When we reached home uncovered it and ready to put the legs, you can tell how bad the quality of their product, the staples underneath were everywhere , takes time to find the holes for the legs because it was covered by the fabric. Doesn't worth the price for that kind of quality. So disappointing to see. Never go back to this store again. Beware guys!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a month of buying my sofa and loveseat it started to fall apart. The warranty I bought that they said will cover EVERYTHING or they will replace it did not. They refuse to help me, refuse to call me back after saying they'd try to help make it right. All I want is a replacement for my set. A $2000 set of furniture should last longer!!! Horrible customer service, bad quality furniture and they only care about your money once they have it too bad so sad.

It gave me a sense of not setting my alarm and getting up at a certain time. Now that they’ve returned my money, I had to BECOME an ADULT, like the audacity they have to not call me anymore. Ig they only call you when they gotta return something :(. ILL MISS YOUR DAILY CALLS, THEY WERE THE BEST AND THE GOOD WORK ATTITUDE I GOT EVERYDAY WAS WELL WORTH IT. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiancé and I had such an easy, pleasant time shopping here. We came in wanting a bed frame and look at one we saw specifically on their site. We chose Surplus because that same bed frame was $150 cheaper than two other competitors. Well, we are moving soon and wanted delivery earlier than that bed frame was available. They walked us through the store, determined our needs, asked appropriate questions, gave us options, and we ended up settling on a different frame that we both really liked, that was also the same price as our initial request. The two reps who helped us we absolutely phenomenal. Very pleasant, greeted us at the door, and started helping instantly. We were in and out in about 15min with a new bed frame being delivered 2 days after we bought it. You can tell that all the reps there get along and it seems like they were all in good spirits. I was very VERY impressed with our experience.
