★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just visited Bombay Spice today and had Bavbhaji with my friends. It's one of the best delicious food I've ever had. If you're a fan of Indian Spicy foods, don't forget to try this one. The dish is served in two plates with bhaji and their traditional spicy gravy along with diced onions, tomatoes and cucumbers.
The price you're paying them is worth it. The main thing I noticed was they let us make the payment after we finish our meal. Which is quite unique that they want the customers to be satisfied first and then pay for the meal with a happy face. They got nice hospitality too.
Next time I'm in Saskatoon, I'm not gonna miss this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a visit today at 7:30 in the evening. The Gujarati lady in the store was moping the floor but we were not aware of that. We saw it later on when she came to us and started being rude to 4 of us. She stated,”Can’t you guys see i am cleaning the floor. Go outside and clean your feet then come in” There were customers in store and made us feel embarrassed. Also, it wasn’t even closing time for the store. That lady should be taught how to deal with customers. Customers can come any time they want. It’s us who run the store not you only guys. You opened the store for customers to shop and you can’t tell a customer to stay out. We also work for Saskatchewan Health Authority and that’s really embarrassing. And we will surely put this complaint to BBB.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give them a zero star if I could. I am highly disappointed with this store. Purchased Savera rasmalai on January 14, 2022 from this store. After reaching home, noticed the ‘best before date’ on the package was NOVEMBER 2021. These guys are selling expired products openly. When we went back to the store, the staff said it is ‘final sale’ and they can’t issue any refund. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS STORE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the WORST EXPERIENCE ever I have faced at this store. I have purchased Mari Papad and wanted to return this morning. I HAD RECEIPT all packets were UN OPENED and NOT EXPIRED. I was told that I can not return it as those are final sale. On receipt it says no exchange and no refunds on vegetables, fruits, dairy, sweet and frozen. The one I was returning is none of that still I had to make an argument for return. Also I was told They don't except return in the mornings where are these rules coming from??? SUCH A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
