★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful online customer service. Had items delivered to home and were broken. Business says to send pictures. I did that. Received a response....told me to send pictures for item replacement. Didn't hear back. Resent pictures 6+ times....no response from customer service. They will not acknowledge my emails. Very disappointed in company and online service. Will never order again and will not recommend. One star is too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees didn’t acknowledge that I was in the store at all. Both of the staff members were half in the back working on something. I didn’t find what I was looking for and left. As someone who has worked retail, not only is that so unprofessional but it also would be so easy for someone to walk out with merchandise.

I go here once in awhile when I need something. Not sure what others are saying about up selling because they don't ask me and even if they did ask me, they are only doing their job. Pretty sure up selling is orders from headquarters. Also whenever I went there it's always a mature young lady serving me. I always get good service here. I only started going here because the Think kitchen downtown closed. Only downside is on Google maps says they open at 10am and they're not open and no hours are posted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a new white dish set and couldn't be happier! Bought 4 sets of 4 and when I got home some were damaged. I called the store and told them and they did an exchange immediately. Great customer service!
