★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service out of this store, always has been. Went into store, both workers leaning on counter, didn't greet me. I looked at shoes while they stared at me. Didn't smile or even offer to get me a size. This store has always had unfriendly staff. Not sure why anyone would shop there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kerri was super helpful, proffesional, dropped everything to help me, and was extremely patient with all my questions. She even made me aware of what I could do to protect my new boots to extend their life. Just awesome service, not to mention a killer sale right now if you're looking for a new pair of shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for over 7 minutes for someone to help me, since I wanted to try on birkenstocks in sizes that weren’t on display. There were at least 4 employees helping various customers on the floor. I was not acknowledged at any point, so we left. I was obviously looking for assistance too, as I was holding the shoes I was interested in for the entirety of the time I was standing there. Will not come back to this location, very disappointed in the lack of acknowledgement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to quarks in Lawson heights mall today, I was so taken back by how rude the staff was to customers and even more taken back to learn one of them was a manager. I am a very kind personable person and When asking questions to the staff I got very rude and snappy answers in return. I will never return to this store to support such rude staff members!!
Unbelievable, seriously ladies if you hate your job that much, maybe it’s time to look into a different job that you don’t need to talk to people!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked into the store today to look for Blundstones with my girlfriend. We stood in the store while the staff stared at me for several minutes. They finally asked if I needed anything (very unprofessionally). I felt like asking them to show me the backroom so I could just grab the sizes of shoes myself. Didn't feel like a customer, more like a nuisance. Definitely will not go back. Plenty of other shoe stores with good service.
