★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shop here and spend $150-$300 every 6 weeks on new work vests, gloves, and carhart shirts. Will never be returning after today. Found the usual vest I get, same spot as usual. No price tag on it, but it’s usually $39.99, it was the only one in that size. So I bring it to the counter with other stuff I was gonna purchase totalling maybe $200 or so. The girl at the counter noticing that there’s no price tag or bar code goes “oh there’s no bar code. It’s okay I know they’re $79.99 anyways.” I replied they’re $39.99, and on the same rack as the others with tags that are $39.99. She said no, it’s $79.99.
She tried to scam me. I didn’t purchase the vest OR any of the other things I had in my hand. I left it all on the counter and told her I would never be back and walked out. She didn’t seem to care. I drove straight to Mark’s Work Wearhouse and got the same Pioneer vest and Carhartt shirts for total of $125 with tax. Not scammed. Seems like a no brainer, will always be going to Marks for now on!!!! Thanks for making this decision easy for me, congrats on losing a few customers (because I’ll be spreading this around to others who I know have shown interest in your “FINE” establishment).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff appeared to want to be helpful, but did not seem to understand what a "denim long-sleeved shirt" was, and instead insistently guided me to non-denim short-sleeved shirts and jackets. Denim shirts are listed on the website, but I was unable to locate them in-store by myself after giving up on the staff's "assistance". Might be a good place to shop, if you want to buy what the staff happens to assume you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never had a bad experience shopping here! They carry women's specific clothing and I appreciate that so so much. I used to live in BC and I was in Saskatoon often and that was always the first place I would go when I was in need of work wear!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Recently bought a product here and it wore out in 1 month. Absolutely NO consideration of customer service. They should not have workwear in the name if their products don’t stand up to work. Winter boot liners had holes in 1 month. Temps -46 C and they didn’t stand behind them. Do not shop here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I buy a pair of red wing work boots here about every 12-15 months. I have for the last 7-8 years.They usually are between $250-$300 a pair. I walked into the store today about 5:10 pm. I need boots. I perused the boots, found a pair I liked. Sat down , took off my old boots, waited for a sales person to come and ask me what size I needed. No one came around. At 5:30 pm, I put on my old boots and walked out of the store.Not once was I greeted, acknowledged, served or noticed while I was there. Tomorrow I’m going to Marks Work Warehouse.
