★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super frustrating and disappointing experience here. The salesman addressed every question to my husband even though I was the one giving all the answers. I would say something and be largely dismissed by the salesman only for my husband to repeat the same question moments later and get a helpful answer. It felt like I was very much getting the 'silly woman' treatment. Very high pressure sales tactics as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I bought 2 mattreses and box springs from sleep country, I was able to pick up the mattreses the same day and was told the box springs would be 2 weeks away at the latest, well about 5 weeks later I went into the store and inquired about the box springs and after a while of looking around they found ONE and was told they'd call me with an update on the second one... never heard from them yet and it's been 2 months or so now.... still waiting for my second box spring...........

Seriously, the customer service is beyond great and they walk you through all the options and guide you based on deep understanding of the product they offer you. They not only deliver your mattress, they place it at the very spot you need it! I know it will be a while before I need another mattress so I highly recommend to anyone yet to decide. You will be glad you did!
