D	Denjs Schell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Pizza 73 at 510 Circle Dr Unit 11, Saskatoon, SK S7K 7C7. I ordered 40 wings, and only 20 got delivered. So I called in. they said they did deliver 40 wings. I said no, they did not as I had a doorbell camera of the lady walking away with only delivery part of my order and had proof of it. I was told I was lying about the wings, so I sent a copy of the video recording to them. they gave me $20 credit and said they would not bring the other 20 wings as I was lying. What a joke of a place

I was put on hold for 20 minutes, the person taking my order was rude and impatient, and what I received was not what I ordered. Perhaps this was a one-off but I won't be ordering from there for a while.

Came back to the store for a refund and no manager was to be found and was told call corporate, so I called corporate and was told to email, so I emailed and was told tough luck your wrong the pizza was fine if you want a refund go to the store. Overall just a terrible experience and they make a refund so difficult to get its just not worth your time.
A	Alasia Alasia Bear on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was quoted 20-40 minute delivery. 3 medium pizza and wings/wedges/fries/popcorn chicken arrived 75 minutes later. All Lukewarm and not hot.. had to tell them to throw out the chicken as it was a food safety concern. Called customer service while waiting for arrival, they gave $10 coupon to use during our next visit and wouldn’t honour it for this order while this order cost $75 without tip. Should’ve cancelled the delivery or turned away the food when it arrived but I wasn’t home as I ordered it for the teenagers while I ran some errands.

Wasn’t properly cooked. Called and they said they will give me $10 back for the 15 wings I paid for. I asked to speak with the manager and they said he doesn’t come into the store and there is no way of making a complaint. Called customer service and they said they don’t take complaints either! Such horrible service.
