★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid off an installment loan 6 months ago still shows on my credit report as an open account with money owing. Was told that they were not reporting to credit bureau anymore so basically nothing can be done that is totally unacceptable. When you fulfill your part of a contract you should not be penalized still. No problem taking your money but after that guess you are a non issue.
Update.. email sent to their main website and as expected it was ignored. New update- checked credit score and account was closed.
