He assumes he is doing his job, but actually with his behavior he is losing the business. He has to get out of his small world and start mixing with others.

I am IT consultant and work in USA.I was getting better rate at cash money then the bank. The lady who made my account asked me 100’s of question...then 2nd time when I went there the same lady told the other lady that dont exchange it b/c manager is not there...and it’s a big amount...really...
E	Emma Isabell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to deal with but only thing I dislike is the fact I get paid weekly and still have to pay 14 days interest rate on my loan as I pay weekly. either cut it in half or allow me to switch my payment schedule to every 2 weeks which would benefit me tremendously. Great friendly staff. Pleasant to deal with.

They are there to help out when you are short on cash at the momment. I know a lot of people complain about them, but you know they weren't the ones that did not screw up on your budget in the first place or cause you not to deal with extra debts. You or other people did this.
E	Elyas Adam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to send money though WU but all sudden got suspicious of me cause I am sending $1000 US dollars and they claiming that it high amount so have make copy of my ID and asked all kind of questions that I wasn't asked before when I sent money but I don't think that was reason cause treated me like criminal and one of girl who worked there said something like we don't know if this was money laudering so we got do what we got do. Wow! The whole interaction was disappointing so I called WU to see if that the process but they said No then I went back and got my refund so I can deal someone who deserved my business. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone!
