★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company was terrible to deal with.They lied to me to get my business and the service was absolutely horrible . I was told I would be notified when my 3 year contract was over and they did not. What they did do was sign me up for another 3 year contract and when I told them I did not want to re sign with them ,they said to bad and turned the monitoring system off and charge me for a 3 year contract .So avoid this company at all cost if you value your money and the safety of your home .
