★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My only complaint is that they don't offer more classes at 5:30 am.
However, the owners have hearts of gold and truly enjoy the work they do. Which makes a real difference from the corporate cookie-cutter gyms around them. I feel welcome every time my salty ass walks in the door. A true mark of great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though I haven't looked at weights or thought about exercising in over two years the staff were very friendly and didn't make me feel like a total newb. Everything hurts and I can't feel my extremities after my class and its amazing that I was able to drive home. Not kid friendly but definitely welcoming. I'm absolutely returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing place for powerlifters to be themselves! Going to some other gyms, being a powerlifter is frowned upon: Don’t use chalk, don’t drop the weights, etc. not at Rise. Very much the opposite in fact. Brandon, Jarek, and the whole staff at Rise are amazing and passionate people who want to help others succeed, it’s easy to tell this just by chatting with them. I am a huge Rise fan! Great equipment, great atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just wanna be loud, get covered in chalk and crush weights? This is the gym for you. Owners are super friendly and helpful and show a genuine interest in everyone that walks in. The people who train here are also down to earth, and easy to get along with. Something for everyone.
